Paul Hobbs Chard George Menini Estate 2023 sku_2494229-1 Some of Proximo’s other brandsThis Chardonnay is sourced from the George Menini vineyard, a cooler site known for producing high quality Chardonnay. After hand harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is fermented in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. This allows the wine to retain its fresh fruit characteristics while gaining richness and complexity from the oak aging.
