Eric Morgat Savennieres Fides 2021 [NET] Old Rioja The ideal partner for delicatelyAged 12 months in demi muids and stoneware before additional time in vat, Fides expresses the purest essence of schist rich Savennires. Aromas open with pear sorbet, apple pure, and nectarine, followed by citrus brightness suggesting orange pulp and grapefruit zest. The palate develops complexity with chamomile, violet, and hints of flint and almond. A powerful Loire Chenin Blanc that rewards contemplation.
