RARE CHAMPAGNE BRUT CUVEE 2006 GIFT BOX VAP grapes_Cabernet Sauvignon^Carmenere^Merlot^Syrah and a trio of casksThe depth and complexity of this wine is almost incomprehensible, far beyond many Champagnes that sell for much, much more. The bouquet is a pure, complex blend of apple, white peach, a touch of leesiness, and fresh baked bread. On the palate the wine is deep, full bodied, crisp and superbly detailed with an excellent minerality on the long, vibrant and very classy finish. Perfect with lobster and other rich shellfish.
