Flowers and citrus on the nose continue on to a weighty palate of lemon, minerals, and tropical fruit. The finish is dry, crisp, mineral, and dominated with lemon curd and herbs. Good to have it with: seamless pairing with grilled fish, salmon, raw bar, chicken dishes and goat cheeses.
