Parducci Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve True Grit 2017 skus_30104657 following aeration the aroma turnsThe 2017 True Grit Cabernet Sauvignon is notably juicy! It opens up with flavors of currant and dark cherry followed by subtle olive tapenade. Its structure is supported by a solid yet round tannin profile and a lingering vanilla bean finish. Blend: 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1. 5% Petite Verdot, 1. 5% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petite Sirah. This wine shows up nicely with bright fruit that lasts nicely on the palate. Pair it with roast duck.
