Francois Crochet Sancerre Les Perrois 2019 brand_Hayman Distillers This particular cuvee is madeClear and brilliant robe with a pale golden hue. Soft and powerful, it offers expressive aromas of citrus (grapefruit), passion fruit and floral (rose petals, whites flowers). Match Sancerre's stony minerality and citrusy zest with tangy and briny flavors. Try mussels in a lemon herb butter, pan seared grouper with a basil lime pistou or warm goat cheese medallions.
