Mood: Elegant. Dry. Judean. Our sommelier says A properly serious Israeli ros cold fermented, dry, and priced for a Shabbos table with real food. Tasting notes Red grapefruit, white peach and a lift of rose petal on the nose. Palate is dry and textured with mineral acidity and clean red fruit.
