Rocamadre Blanco (Chardonnay) Paraje Altamira 2021 2021 sku_2324594 but the entire worldWaxy, saline, powerful and long, this isnt you average Chardonnay! Theres lots of bright vibrant fruit of the nose, some of which is toned down on the palate but still present. Think peachs, apricots, preserved lemon and grapefruit balanced with a pretty rich texture and length. With the salinity of this wine playing a big part, its ideal for rich fish dishes. Think smoked salmon, monkfish and mackerel or pair with sushi for a wonderful treat.
