It is Pinot Gris with a twist; partially fermented in French Acacia barrel to highlight and enhance the aromatic qualities of the grape. Opening with tropical fruit and hints of citrus and spice. The wine is light and lively with notes of key lime and pear on the palate. A finish of mandarin and wet pebbles lingers,
