The fruit is ripe

This small batch Gin is a complete rebalance of Glendalough's Wild Gin recipe with extra fruit

long and dry aftertaste

Mouth-watering acidity matched with luscious tannins lead into an irresistibly long finish

fruit-driven rather than focus

Francis Darroze Bas-Armagnac Domaine de Pouteou Vintage 1999 sku_2226945 The fruit is ripeDiscover finesse and subtlety through this 1999 vintage. The delicately woody nose is first expressed very gently. We then detect aromas of ripe candied fruit such as fig and prune. The palate is delicious, with incredible density. We find the dried fruits again, accompanied by butterscotch and some spices (nutmeg, white pepper). The tannins remain present but supple and round, thus conferring a good length. Another quite exceptional cuve! Ideally
