Château Olivier Grand Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan Rouge (750ml) Icewine Pour cold for Sheva BrachosChteau Olivier is one of only six Graves estates classified Grand Cru for both its red and its white, farming limestone clay parcels at the very heart of Pessac Lognan. This is the kosher bottling of the red, a Cabernet led Bordeaux blend built for the table now and the cellar later. Mood: stately, deep, ageworthy Our sommelier says A Cru Class that wears its pedigree quietly, with cassis and cedar wrapped around fine, patient tannins. Tasting notes
