Brut NV, Wiston sub region_Campania and even perhaps a bit

and even perhaps a bit of grilled pineapple

On the palate there is a succulent mix of the baked apple and feijoa initially with a fresh cream and poached pear mid palate and a tight cinnamon and oatmeal finish

This is an exceedingly drinkable rose crafted entirely from Cinsault

which is granted by the intense fruit and elegant character with a lingering finish

Pair with Pasta dishes with meat ragout
