and peach cobbler

the title of an eminent work by the poet Angelo Ambrogini

This is a very elegant and satisfying Chardonnay that will pair beautifully with food

Around its core of concentration is a streak of tingling acidity that allows it to find a modicum of balance

This provides a deeper texture to the champagne and red fruit nuances

Buccia Nera Toscana Bianco 'PA'RO' 2022 2022 brand_Weingut Reinhold Haart and peach cobblerIntense gold with golden reflections tending towards orange. An intense bouquet that recalls the herbaceous scents of the Trebbiano grape, and very ripe yellow fruit, mainly yellow peach. It is smooth on the palate with a pleasant warm sensation from the good alcohol content, and it is balanced by good acidity and minerality. The light presence of tannin leaves the mouth pleasantly dry. It is a long and persistent wine.
