The Wonderland Project No.9 "Special Selection" Cabernet Sau 2019 Case Size:12 in the areas of BrionesDense opaque purple color, slightly sweeter creme de cassis and boysenberry fruit, terrific purity, a full bodied texture, silky tannin and nicely integrated wood and acidity. Saturated dark red. Darker aromas than the Missouri Hopper: red and blackcurrant, black raspberry, licorice and burning embers. Denser and sweeter too, with good concentration and chewiness to the slightly grapey fruit flavors.
