Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Blanc 2022 75cl Cotes de Thau and hints of spiceDomaine Vacheron Sancerre Blanc is a precise and expressive Sauvignon Blanc crafted from vineyards rooted in the flinty silex and limestone soils that define the Sancerre appellation. Sitting at around 300 metres above sea level, the 3050 year old vines draw complexity and minerality from the terroir, creating a wine that is both elegant and full of energy. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for four months in stainless steel tanks
