Josko Gravner Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla 2016 TBO lightness and an essence ofA living archive of amber wines, this orange wine spends five months macerated on skins in buried Georgian amphorae, then ages six years in large oak before bottling without fining or filtration. The result is a mesmerizing union of texture and minerality from the marl and sandstone slopes of Oslaviaa wine that unfolds differently with each sip, rewarding patient discovery. This is natural winemaking at its most philosophically committed.
