J. A. Ferret Pouilly-Fuisse Les Clos 2016 brand_Wyoming Whiskey Hugely popular outside the UKThis is a powerful yet elegant wine that offers refined flavors of fresh almonds, apricots, yellow fruits and minerals. Overall it is vivacious and balanced, with an exceptional, intense finish. Pairings: Grilled or poached fish in a cream sauce, lobster, crayfish, turkey, poultry and soft, creamy cheeses. The terroir supports a harmonious fulfilment of the ripeness of the grape and let rich aromas develop, with hints of hazelnuts and toasted almonds.
