l-carnitine instant coffee side effects Dietary supplements: the bad and the ugly > Dyess Air Force Base > News Best Time to Take L-Carnitine:

& Glass, C

L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid that plays a key role in how your body uses energy, moving long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria your cells powerhouses

This supplement provides a decent 3 grams of L-Carnitine per full 30ml serving so i tend to split the dosing up into 15 ml in the morning and then a second 15 ml pre workout, i feel breaking up the doses works better to keep this supplement saturated in the body to allow for it to work effectively in allowing for body fat stores to be transported and burned off as an energy source to fuel a range of my intense weight based workouts
