better ghk cu GHK-CU – Research Peptide Just a few drops is enough applied to the neck Buy GHK-Cu Peptide — Best

The cycle length may shorten to match a more sensitive stack partner (BPC-157 at 4 weeks rather than GHK-Cu's typical 8 to 12 weeks), but the injection cadence for GHK-Cu itself remains constant

Standard water-based solutions may struggle to penetrate the scalps lipid barrier effectively

GHK-Cu cycling: on/off schedules that actually work Continuous year-round dosing is almost never needed

Beyond 12 weeks: continued improvement and plateau Months 3-6 (weeks 12-24): Continued gradual improvement Gains slowing (diminishing returns) Approaching maximum benefit Maintenance becomes focus Plateau timeline: Most people plateau around month 4-6 Maximum collagen density reached Further dosing maintains vs improves Some continue seeing minor gains to month 9-12 Long-term expectations (6-12 months): When to transition to maintenance: Achieved desired results No new improvements for 4+ weeks Comfortable with current appearance Want to reduce cost/frequency Maintenance dosing: Reduce from 3-5x weekly to 2-3x weekly Or reduce dose (2mg 1mg) Maintains results without continued improvement More sustainable long-term Factors affecting how quickly you see results Age and skin condition: Dose and frequency impact: Higher dose = faster results (to a point) Daily dosing faster than 2-3x weekly But diminishing returns above 3mg daily Consistency more important than dose Combination approaches: Injectable + topical: Fastest results GHK-Cu + retinol: Synergistic (separate timing) GHK-Cu + vitamin C: Enhanced collagen GHK-Cu + microneedling: Accelerated penetration Lifestyle factors: Sun protection: Critical (sun damages collagen faster than GHK-Cu builds it) Sleep: 7-9 hours optimizes cellular repair Hydration: 8-10 glasses water supports skin Diet: Protein intake supports collagen synthesis Stress: High cortisol impairs results See our peptides before and after results and can you use peptides and retinol together

The distinction matters for understanding what before and after results are realistic from each approach
