Drappier Clarevallis Extra Brut NV Tannat chewy tannins and a persistentThe NV Extra Brut Clarevallis, made from 75% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay and 5% Blanc Vrai (the local name for Pinot Blanc), references the Latin name of Clairvaux, because Drappier occupies the ancient cellars once constructed for that influential abbey. This wine is from organically farmed estate fruit only. The wine is golden in color, almost with a tinge of pink. The nose is vivid with juicy Mirabelle plum and ripe apples. The
