2021 | Reynvaan Family In The Hills Syrah | Walla Walla Valley San Salvatore The length shows the mineralsThe 2021 In the Hills Syrah is a mlange of 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier that is co fermented in mostly neutral oak. Crunchy blue and black fruits merge perfectly with the meaty gamey notes that pop alongside flavors of crushed black peppercorns, bacon fat, and toasted fennel seed. Lush across the tongue on the finish, it's a wine you will come back to over and over as it evolves in the glass. This will drink incredibly well for the next 10 12 years.
