RIO's Baby Daddy Sage Power R8 Collection Go-To Permit AssortmentCrayfish, or crawdads, can be an important part of a trout's diet, but the percentage they make up depends on several factors, such as the size of the trout, the time of year, and the specific body of water. In crawdad rich environments, they can be a significant supplemental prey item. While this food source is available year round, it becomes more key in the fall and winter when aquatic and terrestrial insects are minimal.
