2019 Weingut Philipp Kuhn Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature, Pfalz, Germany Domaine Henry Natter pair with foodAroma: The nose reveals a captivating bouquet of red berries, aromatic herbs, and stony minerality. Subtle notes of dried apple peel, lemon zest, and a hint of brioche add complexity. Palate: On the palate, this Sekt is precise and invigorating, with a fine mousse that glides smoothly. Flavors of yellow fruits, saline notes, and a touch of nuttiness are balanced by a vibrant acidity. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lasting impression.
