Outlaw Card Game This kit includes the materialsNumber of Players: 2+Great For: New ReadersTime to Play: 10 Minutes High frequency word practice Builds fluency Phrase reading Outlaw words bridge new readers from single words to familiar phrase reading. These high frequency words make up the majority of all words read. These are the words that pave the way for fluency. My students really love the Outlaw character and the game. They are always ready to play (and practice). SH, classroom teacher
