Try it with a subtly spiced

the 2019 Clos de l'Olive offers a wonderfully rich fragrance and an almost creamy mid palate

with great freshness and clarity of fruit expression allied to silky tannin

only starting its tertiary phase

Firm pear and apple fruit flavors are balanced with luminous minerality and a subtle framing of creamy vanilla toast

2018 | Charles Heidsieck Rose | Champagne Joseph Drouhin Try it with a subtlyThe addition of 9% red wine from predominantly Bouzy brings an exciting rich red fruit profile and a twist of spice. The velvety texture is chalky soft, with more of the classic PN fruit showing as apricot, bitter orange & sweet peach. The rose is more expressive of the pair showing fruits like rich dark cherry, blackberry and pomegranate. Super delicious expression of a 2018 with plenty of acidity on the finish.
