2023 | J. Moreau & Fils Fourchaume | Chablis Premier Cru Lithuania Solid quality here and worthThis Premier Cru Fourchaume shows a richness developed from meticulous plot selection and separate vinification before blending and ageing in fine grain barrels. The wine shows aromas of almond and smoke mineral notes, before revealing a palate that is round and buttery with flavours of citrus marmalade. It will match perfectly with noble fish and shellfish as well as white meats.
