In a nutshell:

Börner V5 Power Starter Set - Orange Rice Vinegar this honeycomb has been cutVegetables shudder at the mention of German made Brner Mandolines. The V shaped design makes prepping produce a breeze and the V5 Starter Set allows for cutting in 4 different thicknesses (1. 2mm, 2. 8mm, 5mm and 7mm discs) and 3. 5mm and 7mm strips. For cubes (macedoine), turn the strips 90 and slice away. We'd recommend using the safety hat every time, even for the most advanced cook.
