Charles Noellat Romanee St. Vivant 1980 (Capsule Damage) Volume:750ML well-integrated tannin

Charles Noellat Romanee St. Vivant 1980 (Capsule Damage) Volume:750ML well-integrated tanninStrong sous bois aromas blend with slightly astringent lightweight flavors with not much supporting material or length. In short, this is disappointingly thin and while there is good complexity, that's all there is.

Description

well-integrated tannin

This is a large-scaled Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Not surprisingly this is aromatically more elegant with its cool and pure aromas of essence of red berries and lilac scents

it’s an intellectual interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon

and there's no sweetness whatsoever
