with a very savoury

From a vineyard located on Spring Mountain

A deft touch of oak frames the cherry and strawberry fruit in this elegant red

There is impressive richness and mid-palate concentration to the extract-rich and caressing middle weight flavors that coat the palate before terminating in an intense and attractively dry finish where a hint of bitter lemon appears

There is excellent richness to the full-bodied

Vougeraie, Puligny Montrachet other_regions_australia with a very savoury(from Noyer Bret and La Rue aux Vaches). Reduction pushes the fruit to the background and renders the nose impossible to assess. On the plus side there is both good freshness and verve to the delicious and solidly concentrated medium weight flavors that offer fine persistence on the clean and dry if only moderately complex finish. This too should drink well on the early side while being able to repay a few years of cellaring. (87 90) 2019+
