Hamilton False Idol 151 Proof West Indies Rum Del Professore Rosso di Torino Vermouth elderflowersCreated in collaboration with Anthony Schmidt of San Diego's False Idol, after months of sampling this full strength blend of 85% aged Demerara rums from Guyana and 15% heavy bodied Jamaican pot still rum from Worthy Park Estate. To hold its own with the most aggressive tiki ingredients, this overproof rum had to be strong, bold, balanced, and versatile enough not to overpower the more subtle cocktails on their menu.
