Breze, Saumur Clos Rue Blanc Brut Zero It shows gorgeous mid-palate pliancy

It shows gorgeous mid-palate pliancy and depth through to the round

The cherry and plum flavors are buried in a dense matrix of tannins

Here too the nose is trimmed in just enough wood to notice though it does not interfere with the clear appreciation of the fresh

the wine is medium to full-bodied and framed by ripe tannins that feel somewhere between velvet and silk on the lingering finish

detailed and mineral-inflected medium weight flavors possess a lovely midpalate mouth feel that contrasts moderately with the mildly rustic finale that is both sneaky long and beautifully complex
