There is fine richness and muscle to the broad-shouldered flavors that possess the usual volume and power of a fine Bâtard though not the same precision of the Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet

delicious and appealingly textured middleweight flavors possess a refreshing and agreeably dry finale that is more solidly persistent

The vibrant and impressively dense middle weight plus flavors also possess a beguilingly suave texture while displaying excellent persistence on the firm

That linear flinty note is just terrific

Cedric Bouchard, Rose de Saignee Le Creux d'Enfer other_regions_australia Thanks to elevation and soilsThe 2013 Ros de Saigne Le Creux d'Enfer has evolved beautifully, mingling notes of sweet red berries and orange rind with hints of poached pear, spices and fresh bread. Medium to full bodied, elegant and precise, if the 2012 is concentrated and tightly wound, the 2013 is bright, fine boned and charming, with a racy spine of acidity and delicately chalky phenolic structure. Charming and perfumed, this is drinking beautifully today.
