Chateau Cantemerle 'Les Allees de Cantemerle', Haut-Medoc, France 2015 375ml Sentinel purity and no heaviness

purity and no heaviness

This wine shows the generous richness of the vintage while restraining it with fine tannins and pure black-currant acidity

Deep and bright in the mouth with a sour cherry/ green melon jolly rancher acid driven fruit quality above notes of peach pit

This blend comes from high altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley

and this label was discontinued and replaced by a new wine with a different concept (La Tendida)

Chateau Cantemerle 'Les Allees de Cantemerle', Haut-Medoc, France 2015 375ml Sentinel purity and no heavinessThe 2015 Alles de Cantemerle has a very refined and delineated bouquet with blackberry, crushed stone and light mint aromas quite Pauillac in style. The palate is medium bodied with supple tannin, a little raw at the moment but it will mesh together. There is a fine spiciness white pepper note on the finish. What an outstanding second wine. Vinous
