Holden Manz Elysium 2020 5yo Bottled at 42Holden Manz Elysium 2020 is produced from a blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah. The fourth vintage of this unique co fermented wine is only possible due to the rare occurrence of Merlot and Syrah ripening at the same time on the Holden Manz farm in Franschhoek.
