Description

The full clusters were macerated and fermented with indigenous yeasts and the wine matured for two years in old foudres from Austria

24 ha parcel of 11 year old young vines planted in a mix of rock and sand)

this is definitely going to require at least moderate patience and like the Chambertin

Though solid and gripping

and it suits the style of this wine
