Small Vintage Japanese Chawan, Tea Bowl - Green Glaze Japanese Furniture The black and green frameA vintage Japanese tea bowl featuring straight, upright walls accented by subtle horizontal ridges wrapping around the body. The upper section is coated in a glossy, olive green to amber glaze that flows over the contours and pools within the recessed grooves. The lower half transitions into a rough, earthy brown clay body with a mineral rich texture near the base. A smaller chawan, more akin to a contemporary coffee cup.
