Fancy Hank's Pineapple Reaper Very Hot Sauce 100ml Duck Mousse Native Lemon Myrtle and YuzuWarning: this sauce is not for the faint of heart. Carolina reapers are not known for being forgiving, sitting upwards of 1,500000 SHU (a regular Jalapeo sits somewhere around 5000 SHU). The unrelenting heat of the reapers meet the bright acidity and sweetness of pineapple and lime. This is balanced by the umami savouriness of the white miso, creating a sweet and savoury combination that is hot to trot.
