Jean-Jacques Confuron, Vosne Romanee Beaumonts Vintage:2019 ephemeral spice

ephemeral spice

I prefer this in that it delivers pure power without weight with that lovely velvety quality on the finish

Finishes spicy

somewhat closed down at this stage from an aromatic perspective

I had high expectations for the new wines from Daphne Glorian

Jean-Jacques Confuron, Vosne Romanee Beaumonts Vintage:2019 ephemeral spice(most of Confurons holdings are on the Vosne side). An extravagantly spicy and subtly perfumed nose is comprised by notes of various dark berries and exotic Asian style tea. The rich but sleekly textured medium bodied flavors possess plenty of dry extract that buffers the moderately firm tannic spine on the minerally and powerful finish. This is a relatively big VRBM that is built to age.
