The standard 19mm spigot included with the wheel allows for fast and efficient changing between your contact wheel and flat platen. Contact wheels are great for rapid stock removal as the smaller diameter of the wheel opens the grain of the belt, exposing fresh grit that simply cannot be utilised in flat
