Heathcote Signature Gin 500ml Chile The result is a remarkablyA silky smooth classic dry, juniper forward gin delivering a lovely freshness of pine needles on the nose. This is accompanied, lifted and balanced with the bright aromas of citrus from the sweet orange and Australian native lemon myrtle. The crisp dry spice and woody notes of the cassia coat the palate, with a smooth and silky texture to deliver a long lasting and most enjoyable finish. Well worth a try neat, on the rocks, in your favourite gin
