Longyu Long 12 Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red 2019 Volume:750ML The utterly compelling 2013 Cabernet

The utterly compelling 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon in this vintage and 1

concentrated and generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors that are blessed with plenty of dry extract that simultaneously coats the palate and buffers the moderately firm tannic spine

Like the Reignots this is closed and brooding at present though aggressive swirling grudgingly liberates cool

There is nothing garish about this subtle yet powerful giant of a wine

The level of new wood and menthol are borderline intrusive and while it does not dominate the underlying fruit of poached plum and cassis
