Lakeside Amusement Park Closing Weekend Size:24"x36" This was the case this

This was the case this evening when I hiked up Green Mountain in Lakewood to get a shot of Denver and the rising full moon in November 2009

As I composed this image

This was the largest amount of snowfall which fell from one storm this season making for much excitement to finally receive a good snowfall in the metro area

Arriving at one of the more popular locations for sunset photographs of Denver

It was a balance of finding the right break in the clouds as well as an interesting scene to photograph and when a small clearing occurred captured this image

Lakeside Amusement Park Closing Weekend Size:24"x36" This was the case thisAnother season at Lakeside Amusement Park will soon come to a close. You may have visited the park when you were a child, recently or only have driven by and noticed the Cyclone and Wild Chimpunk rides from Interstate 70. This image was taken as the Cyclone heads past me into the Colorado sunset on a nice last summer evening.
