Choya Aged 5 Years (700ml) or those seeking to experienceChoya Aged 5 Years represents a refined expression of umeshu, Japan's traditional plum liqueur. This 700ml bottle showcases the result of five years of careful maturation, allowing the delicate balance of Ume plum fruit and subtle oak influences to develop into a sophisticated, well rounded spirit. The extended aging process mellows the initial brightness, creating layers of complexity with notes of stone fruit, honey, and gentle spice. Best enjoyed
