West Cork Black Cask Irish Whiskey casazar_v1 with a hint of candyWest Cork Black Cask is a fine blend of grain (66%) and malt (34%) aged in bourbon casks. First aged in bourbon casks for 3 years, Black Cask then finishes aging in heavily charred bourbon barrels for an additional year. Made at West Cork Distillery, the largest 100% independently owned Irish distillery, Black Cask is perfect for sipping on the rocks, neat, or in your favorite whiskey cocktail.
