Charles Heidsieck Brut Millesime 2013 Champagne producer_jean grosperrin Taste: Plunge into the whirlpoolTasting notes from the producer: The aroma of the 2013 Brut Millsim captivates with its invigorating freshness and hints of mint, interwoven with nuances of white fruits such as pear and apple, citrus, subtle spices, and a delicate hint of smoke. Upon airing, graceful pastry aromas emerge. On the palate, it offers a well defined, tension filled Champagne, buoyed by lively acidity, a velvety and enchanting texture, and a lingering, penetrating finish.
