Star of Bombay 47.5% 70cl Louis Roederer cedar sheets with dried fruitsStar of Bombay Gin 47. 5% 70cl This expression of Bombay Sapphire is a small batch gin, with a big taste forward profile than its more famous sibling. Bold rich taste with the addition of Bergamot and some tangy ambrette seeds alongside the classic rich coriander, juniper and angelica. With the classic profile of Bombay but much more intense and lively with a great balance with tonic, over ice or in any cocktail.
