Fermented with native yeasts and bottled with very low to zero dosage, it emphasizes purity and precision over richness. The wine shows crisp red apple, citrus peel, and subtle red berry tones, layered with chalky minerality and a faint saline edge. On the palate it is taut, energetic, and
