Ça Boit Libre, Mon Blanc des Alpes 2023 Pét Nat + Friends but balanced out with thatPlace: Savoie, France Grape: Chasselas Vibe: Mineral + Taut Such a thumping expression of the grape. Biodynamically farmed near Lake Geneva, then given a long, slow press straight into barrel. The Ganevat alum behind this channels plenty of that same reductive charm youd expect just across the border. Strikingly pure, and as hydrating as cool Alpine air. Hits all the right notes: no additions, low ABV, and a quietly nourishing quality. ABV: 10. 5%
