Fine Antique Georgian to Victorian 16k Gold Jewelry Brooch w Pin, Dangle Drop Fringe - Halley's Comet 1835 cat by this time (1820s) housingWith the enormous rise in gold prices, I'm prompted to pull out crates of fine antique jewelry and work them up. This type, with the trailing Halley's Comet dangles (c. 1835) have always intrigued me and this is the last one I have left. Tests 16k, has a safety pin on chair to be sure you can't lose it all the more important now. I didn't spend much effort cleaning or polishing these, so that's the gold shine from 20 30 years ago when I purchased it.
