Colombia Washed Passion Fruit Experience:1 KILO BAG fermentationComplexity of Lychee, Passion Fruit, Black Tea, and Citrus in this distinctive coffee, crafted through an innovative Passion Fruit Co fermented Washed process. Beginning with the careful creation of a fermentation culture, microorganisms such as lactobacillus and saccharomyces cerevisiae are combined into a mother culture. This culture is then enhanced by fermenting with passion fruit, cholupa fruit, and natural sweeteners like panela or molasses.
